    If you are hunting for a banking job in public sector then the job of SBI PO is the most wanted job. In last few years, the rush for the banking jobs has increased exponentially, especially for SBI PO exams. It is because the job of SBI PO offers handsome salary packages and incentives but it is very challenging job. This job gives many career growth opportunities but still there are many restrictions and limitations.

    On 1st April 2019, SBI has released SBI PO 2019 notification to recruit 2000 Probationary Officers (PO). The eligible candidates are required to register online for the recruitment process which will be 3 tier selection process comprising of SBI PO Prelims, SBI PO Mains and interview round. The candidates have to clear all the stages to get selected and final selection will be based on the merit list.

    3. In many cases, bank PO’s fails to get posting in their home town and are posted or transferred to remote areas. Sometimes, they are posted in distant areas which are thousands kilometers away from their home town.
    4. The frequent transfer can severely affect the health and family life of bank PO’s. In some cases, bank PO’s fails to adjust to the surrounding and succumbs to job pressure.
    5. The job of SBI PO is sensitive and confidential job as it primarily involves financial transactions of the customers. So, they have to be extra cautious in all their bank activities and should be more aware in processing loan proposals.
    In the end, if you dare to dream big then you should be prepared to confront nightmares. SBI PO job is a mixed bag of dreams and nightmares but you should be brave enough to face challenges for a bright future.
