    Time Management Tips to Attempt BANK PO Exam

    The candidate should note this carefully that there will be a penalty for every wrong answer in the Objective tests. There will be deduction of one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question to arrive at the corrected score. On contrary, no marks will be deducted if a question is left blank or no answer is marked by the candidate. If a candidate wants to qualify IBPS PO Mains exam then he has to clear section as well as an overall cut-off marks.  

    Now, as per the difficulty levels, we will differentiate types of questions in each section of IBPS PO Prelims and they are:- 
    I. Easy
    II. Average
    III. Difficult
    While attempting questions on exam day, in each section, the candidates are advised to first attempt easy questions followed by average level questions. If you are left with extra time then you can try attempting difficult questions or else don’t attempt them. You should not try to attempt all the questions in this computer based online test. You might end up answering some of the questions with guess work and this might result in negative marking. It will ruin your prospects of selection.

    1. English Language
    English section is one of the most scoring sections and so you should attempt the questions which can be solved with maximum accuracy. It implies that we should first solve questions based on Error Spotting, Cloze Test, Fillers & Reading and Antonyms & Synonyms of Reading Comprehension. Thereafter, you can try solving questions of Reading Comprehension and other questions of this section.
    2. Quantitative Aptitude
    In Quantitative Aptitude section, we should first try to solve questions which are related to Simplification, Approximation, Quadratic Equations & afterwards questions of Data Interpretations. You are advised to solve questions related Miscellaneous Word Problems in the end. While attempting questions based on Miscellaneous Word, you should first attempt questions which are in short and simple language.     3. Reasoning Ability
    In Reasoning Ability section, the candidates are required to first solve questions which are related to Inequalities, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relation, and Direction & Distance.
